  • 2 slices Turkish pide bread or Italian bread
  • 100 grams Turkish cheese (such as kasar or mozzarella)
  • 6 slices Sucuk (Turkish sausage) slices
  • 1 small Tomato
  • 0.5 Green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing your ingredients. Thinly slice the tomato and green pepper, and set them aside.

Take the Turkish pide bread slices and place them on a clean surface. Spread each slice with 1 tablespoon of butter.
