  • 800 grams raclette cheese
  • 1 kilogram small new potatoes

  • 100 grams pickled onions
  • 1 loaf fresh baguette
  • 200 grams variety of vegetables (such as bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the new potatoes. Place them in a large pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. Drain and keep warm.

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the cheese by slicing the raclette cheese into thick slices, about 5mm each. Distribute the cheese evenly onto small raclette pans, if you are using a raclette grill.
