  • 500 grams Lamb (or beef), minced
  • 300 grams Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 50 grams Butter

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Gradually add water to the flour and mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
