  • 1 packet taco seasoning

  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 0.5 cup corn kernels, drained
  • 1 jalapeño, finely diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess grease.

Add the taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water to the skillet with the cooked beef. Stir to combine and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
