Directions

Step 1

Peel the green plantains. To do this, cut off both ends of each plantain, then make a shallow slit along the length of the peel. Use your fingers to gently pry off the peel.

Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Mix the garlic with 1 cup of water in a small bowl and set aside.
