Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked ground beef or chicken (optional)
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1 small Diced avocado
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce or salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush both sides of each tortilla with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
