  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes into evenly sized chunks. Place them in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8-inch round baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
