Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 200 grams Fresh spinach
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly and pat it dry.

Step 2

Finely chop the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Grate the mozzarella cheese and set it aside.

Step 4

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 5

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
