  • 500 grams Cheese tortellini
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 10 leaves Fresh sage leaves
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.125 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.
