Ingredients

  • 4 pieces large flour tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the frozen hash browns and cook until crispy and golden brown, stirring occasionally, about 8 minutes. Set aside when done.

Step 2

In the same skillet, heat another 1 tablespoon of olive oil and cook the breakfast sausage. Break it into small pieces with a spatula and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
