Ingredients

2 packets Unflavored gelatin
2 cups Hot water
1 cup Chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva Chocolate Liqueur)
0.5 cup Vodka
0.5 cup Cream or half-and-half
10 pieces Tootsie Rolls (for garnish)
1 can Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Step 1
