Ingredients

  • 1 French baguette
  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup Black olives (pitted and sliced)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet.

Brush each slice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lightly coating one side.
