Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium, thinly sliced Vidalia onion
  • 1.5 cups canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel and thinly slice the Vidalia onion. Add the slices to the mixing bowl with the tomatoes.

Step 3

Add the drained and rinsed chickpeas to the bowl with the vegetables.
