  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 0.5 cup Water

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the vegetables: finely chop the onions, mince the garlic cloves, and grate the fresh ginger.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they become translucent and begin to caramelize.
