  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Heavy cream or coconut milk (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and sauté for 5-6 minutes, or until softened and translucent.
