  • 12 ounces linguini pasta
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 0.5 cups reserved pasta water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the linguini according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and drain the rest.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the brie cheese by removing the rind and cutting it into small pieces. Set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
