  • 3 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Palm sugar (or brown sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 pinch Salt

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot over medium heat, combine the coconut milk and chicken stock. Bring to a gentle simmer.
