Ingredients

  • 200 grams Graham cracker crumbs
  • 75 grams Unsalted butter, melted
  • 500 grams Cream cheese, softened
  • 150 grams Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 120 ml Caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 120 ml Heavy cream
  • 150 grams Toblerone chocolate bar, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Grease a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan and line the base with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the base of the prepared pan to form the crust. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
