  • 4 slices bread slices

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing the ripe tomatoes and dicing them into small pieces.

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.

Finely dice the red onion and set it aside.

In a medium-sized saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
