Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream using a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
