Directions

Step 1

Brew 300 ml of espresso coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. If desired, stir in 50 ml of Marsala wine for added flavor.

In a medium bowl, whisk together 6 large egg yolks and 150 grams of granulated sugar until the mixture is pale and creamy (about 3-5 minutes).
