Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork. Set aside on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
