Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Rinse and pat dry the tilapia fillets. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
