Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 unit Yellow bell pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 4 units Flatbreads or wraps
  • 0.5 unit Cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini or additional yogurt (optional, for sauce)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, tikka masala spice blend, lemon juice, minced garlic, ginger paste, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and coat them thoroughly with the yogurt spice marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
