Ingredients

  • 1 medium head Cabbage
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 4 pieces Dried red chilies
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, wash thoroughly, and thinly slice it into shreds.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and mince it finely. Slice the onion into thin strips and chop the green onions, separating the green tops and white parts.

Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the dried red chilies and fry for 30 seconds until they release their aroma.
