  • 1 lb Refrigerated pizza dough
  • 0.5 cup Sliced pepperoni
  • 0.5 cup Sliced salami
  • 0.75 cup Cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded provolone cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried basil
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (for serving, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly dust your work surface with flour and roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12x16 inches.

Step 3

Evenly layer the pepperoni, salami, and crumbled Italian sausage across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, and Parmesan cheese over the meats.
