Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Large white mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.33 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and gently remove the stems. Set the mushroom caps aside on the prepared baking sheet, cavity side up.

Step 3

Finely chop the mushroom stems and set them aside for the filling.

Step 4

In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic, cooking for 3-4 minutes until softened and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
