Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.

Heat a 10-inch oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Allow the butter to melt and coat the bottom of the skillet evenly.
