  • 2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, dried
  • 0.25 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for serving)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
