Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour blend, xanthan gum, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution.

In a separate bowl, combine the warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk to incorporate.

Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a sturdy spatula or stand mixer with a paddle attachment to mix until a sticky dough forms. The dough will be wetter than traditional pizza dough—that’s normal for gluten-free crusts.
