  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • 3 cups white or brown rice (cooked, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the grapefruit juice (from segments), soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch until smooth. Set aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
