  • 7 g Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 400 g All-purpose flour
  • 20 g Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Step 1

Add 250 ml of water, 7 g of dry yeast, and 1 tsp of sugar to the Thermomix bowl.

Heat the mixture for 2 minutes at 37°C on speed 1 to activate the yeast.

Step 3

Add 400 g of all-purpose flour, 20 g of olive oil, and 1 tsp of salt to the Thermomix bowl.

Knead the dough for 2 minutes on the Knead/Interval mode.

Check the dough's consistency—it should be soft and slightly tacky but not overly sticky. If needed, add a small amount of flour (1-2 tbsp) and knead again briefly.

Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
