Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang on the edges for easy removal later. Lightly grease the parchment with a bit of butter or non-stick cooking spray.

In a medium saucepan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter.

Place the saucepan over low heat and stir constantly, ensuring the white chocolate chips and butter melt smoothly into the condensed milk. Take care not to let the mixture scorch or boil.
