  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cups Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) Diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet, let rest for 5 minutes, and then shred or cube the chicken.
