  • 2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat.

Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper, then cook them in the pot for about 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside to cool.
