  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 16 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1.5 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground nutmeg

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Cook the onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
