  • 1 whole Lime (juiced)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips
  • 0.5 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded, for serving)
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 1 whole Avocado slices (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
