  • 0.5 cup remoulade sauce
  • 4 pieces lettuce leaves
  • 1 whole tomato (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup pickles (sliced)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. Add the alligator meat and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
