  • 130 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 150 grams mini chocolate eggs
  • 2 tablespoons festive Easter sprinkles

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some extra overhang to lift the brownies out later.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate chips together, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, light brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
