  • 1 as needed non-stick cooking spray
  • 4 buns whole-wheat burger buns
  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 0.5 cup sliced cucumber

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, Sambal Oelek, and Panko breadcrumbs. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
