  • 8 units wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the minced lemongrass, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, vegetable oil, and chili (if using). This is your marinade.
