  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups cooked jasmine rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the Thai red curry paste and cook for another 2 minutes to release the flavors.
