Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Dark brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a mortar and pestle (or food processor), pound the garlic, coriander roots or stems, and lemongrass together until a paste forms.
