  • 2 Kaffir lime leaves (optional, for authenticity)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 4 cups Jasmine rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
