  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Red chili (optional)
  • 2 Green onions
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 0.5 tsp Ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin, bite-sized strips, and set aside.

Step 2

Finely grate the fresh ginger and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, and ground black pepper. Add optional finely chopped red chili for heat.
