  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Palm sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 4 servings Cooked jasmine rice

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the chicken breast into bite-size pieces and set aside.

Peel and finely mince the garlic. Thinly slice the red chili. Chop the onion into small pieces.

Step 3

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
