  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 12 pieces Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips about 1 inch wide.

In a large mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, curry powder, turmeric, minced garlic, grated ginger, and lime juice. Mix well to create the marinade.
