Ingredients

  • 10 oz Frozen chopped spinach
  • 14 oz Canned artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Set aside.

Step 3

Drain and roughly chop the canned artichoke hearts. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess liquid.

Step 4

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella cheese (reserve the other half for topping), minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).

Step 6

Add the spinach and chopped artichoke hearts to the mixture and stir well until evenly combined.

Step 7

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish (about 8x8 inches). Spread it evenly.

Step 8

Sprinkle the reserved shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the dip.

Step 9

Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.

Step 10

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Step 11

Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette. Enjoy!
