Ingredients

  • 2 whole Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 ounces Penne pasta
  • 4 whole Roma tomatoes
  • 0.25 cups Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 whole Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Step 1

1. Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2

2. Brush the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
