  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 piece jalapeño, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, kosher salt, and black pepper.

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and rub both sides generously with olive oil and the spice mixture. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
